A platform for great talent.
Anomaly is defined by progressive, diverse thinkers looking for something different from the industry ‘status quo’. People with different backgrounds, skills and perspectives who want to solve business problems, not just ‘make ads’. Our commitment to DE&I makes us more innovative, more connected, and helps us embrace the broadest definition of creativity.
Commitment to DE&I.
At Anomaly, we see diversity as both a social and commercial imperative. Equity and inclusion for all leads to a better society. And it’s not just ‘the right thing to do’, we believe it also gives us a competitive advantage. Anomaly is built on the belief that diverse thinking leads to increased innovation, embracing a broader definition of creativity, and better outcomes. It’s part of our DNA.
We know that diversity, equity and inclusion makes a company more powerful, both creatively and commercially. It makes us more innovative, indispensable to our clients and a far more compelling place to work.

We’re proud of our alumni - some with businesses that were incubated at Anomaly, and some who honed their entrepreneurial spirit at Anomaly and have gone on to pursue their own ventures.
