Global Chief Talent Officer

Michele is a genuine change agent who joined Anomaly in 2023 as Global Chief Talent Officer. She has spent over fifteen years in Talent management, partnering with leaders to drive creative effectiveness and foster working environments where people can do the most transformational work of their careers.

Before joining Anomaly, Michele spent seven years as Global Chief Talent Officer of Forsman & Bodenfors where she oversaw the Talent arm of the business across North America, Europe, and Asia. While at F&B, she was recognized as Campaign’s Talent Person of the Year and helped the company become the only global creative agency certified by The 3% Movement and the first global creative agency to be Fair Pay Workplace certified. Prior to F&B, she spent time as Head of Talent at The Barbarian Group and held leadership roles at J. Walter Thompson and Merrill Lynch.

Michele is an active She Runs It Foundation board member, forming their DE&I advisory council. She serves as a member of the World Federation of Advertisers’ Diversity Task Force and works as a contributing webinar leader for the 4A’s. She is also a certified ATD trainer.

Michele holds a BA in Psychology and Foreign Language from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. In addition to her extensive Talent and Human Resources experience, she holds being a mom to two beautiful humans as her most important role.
