Jennie Peters joined Anomaly in 2024 as Senior DEI Manager, Anomaly NA covering our NY, LA, and Toronto offices. She is a seasoned DEI professional with experience providing support to several industries.

Previously, Jennie spent nearly five years at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she was a key driver of the DEI team and played an internal and client-facing role. She was responsible for ensuring the success of the firm's 500+ associates in the US and Europe, and externally, she consulted with the firm's clients on DEI strategy and programming.

Jennie holds a certificate of Diversity & Inclusion through Cornell University. She graduated from the University of Missouri with Magna Cum Laude honors and degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate and in International Studies with an emphasis in French.
