Anthony Khaykin

Head of Data, London

Anthony is responsible for building and leading the data team at Anomaly London. He prides himself in making the most use of the datasets clients already have, treating data as both signal and proof point throughout. Anthony has spent much of his time in the social space, both planning and optimizing for social performance — for both social-first and integrated campaigns. He works across key clients including Diageo, Google, Expedia Group and LVMH.

Previously, Anthony spent over seven years at Droga5 New York (part of Accenture Interactive), where he led data initiatives for clients like Under Armour, The New York Times, CoverGirl, and Mailchimp. He began his career as an Analyst at MRY.

A child of Belarusian immigrants who grew up in the States, and is now located in the UK, Anthony’s varied cultural lens has shaped his creative outlook, and now he seeks to integrate data with the creative process via a combination of "mathematical rigour with human intuition".
