Holly Cliffin

Director of Talent Acquisition, Europe

Holly Cliffin joined Anomaly Europe in 2020 years ago as the European Director of Talent Acquisition. She also acts as the European DE&I partnerships lead, working to craft Anomaly’s recruitment commitments with a DE&I lens.

Since joining Holly has developed a suite of partnerships for the agency that have helped it to become more diverse, equitable and inclusive. The partnership with Brixton Finishing School and its sister initiative the Ad-Cademy is a special one that Holly sits at the helm of, and she leads the work on our partnership with Creative Lives in Progress. This work and more has helped Holly lead the agency to hit the IPA's DE&I targets for two years in a row.

Before Anomaly, Holly worked at WPP for over six years in the talent department and supporting their D&AD Shift programme.

Holly grew up in South London and herself works as a Brixton Finishing School mentor.
