Toby is a highly accomplished creative leader with a career spanning nearly two decades and has been at the forefront of some of the most impactful and awarded advertising campaigns in recent years. His ability to blend creativity with business strategy has led to notable achievements, such as the transformation of the Bodyform/Essity brand, which saw its value surge from $400 million to over $1 billion in just six years. He also led the repositioning of luxury British private bank and wealth management company Coutts & Company.

His work has garnered global recognition, including six Cannes Grand Prix, three consecutive Titanium Lions, four D&AD Black Pencils, and numerous other accolades.   

In 2025, Toby joined Anomaly London as its first Chief Creative Officer where he will lead the next chapter of evolution and growth for the company.
