Lauren LaValle joined Anomaly after spending over two decades as a leader at agencies including McCann and Droga5. Always a believer in the transformative power of creativity, she has led innovative work across nearly every industry for clients including JPMorgan Chase, Verizon, Mondelez, Jose Cuervo, NY Lottery, IHOP, Petco, Allstate, and HBO. Her leadership has helped clients launch new products, gear up for IPOs and deliver sustained growth - and has earned her teams numerous accolades, including awards from Cannes Lions, One Show, Super Clio, D&AD, and Effies.

Lauren’s role as Anomaly New York’s first Chief Client Officer addresses key challenges and opportunities around client retention while also driving organic growth across our portfolio. 

Most recently, Lauren spent three years working as a Managing Director and Head of Client Engagement at Deloitte Digital, growing their credibility in the agency space and helping them become a Cannes Lions Top 10 creative company. Her work at Deloitte also deepened her expertise in creative business transformation, innovation, and technology.

Lauren lives in Fort Greene Brooklyn with her husband and two teenage sons. She co-manages a slate of unofficial side hustles including raising a puppy (her own), college counseling (also her own) and travel planning.
